What are the responsibilities of a social media manager?

A social media manager is responsible for managing or helping you manage your online communities of potential clients. Whether this is done on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, this person will help you develop strategies to increase followers or brand awareness, create and oversee social campaigns, find ideas for content, review analytics, and create said content.

What are NOT the responsibilities a social media manager?

A social media manager isn’t responsible for your business’ marketing strategy. A social media manager isn’t a photographer or a videographer. A social media manager isn’t responsible for your business’ advertising campaigns.

Do you offer trial periods?

We do not. If you are wondering if we are a good match, I suggest that you buy the smallest package available. After that first month you can decide whether you need some extra help.

Is there a minimum of months I must purchase?

Absolutely not! You can decide when to cancel as long as it is done on a timely manner. Invoices are sent automatically on the first day of our collaboration and are expected to be paid.

What if I decide to change package?

Same as above! We completely understand if during some months you do not need the same amount of help. As long as we know in advance, we can adapt to your needs.

What if I need extra help?

Additional hours than your package can be purchased at an extra fee.
